The Degradation of the Perl Cabal

At lunch on Friday, Chip Salzenberg volunteered that he'd programmed in Python for money. I then asked everyone what was the most degrading language they'd programmed in. Chip apparently had a more degrading language story to relate, but fortunately lunch arrived.
